Description

The fig belongs to the Algarve like the almond tree. We halve the ripe fruit and dry it gently. It stays light, soft to the bite and surprisingly airy.

Taste: Honey-sweet, fruity, with fine seeds.

Pairs with: With cheese, in salads, on flatbread or in muesli.
