Description

Silves is known for its oranges. We cut the ripe fruit into thin slices and gently dry them in a vacuum. The result is light, crunchy and as fresh as an orange picked from the tree.

Taste: Sweet and tangy, aromatic, with a fine bitter note from the peel.

Pairs with: In tea, in a gin and tonic, on cake, in muesli or simply as a snack.
